Responsibilities

• Synchronize activities related to Earth Observation services and actively inform on trends, technology needs, new applications and identify synergies
• Support closely group companies, capture managers, proposals, technology coordination and strategic business planning
• Maintain and improve effectiveness of OHB acquisitions ensuring best use/reuse of OHB know-how, lessons learnt and product orientation to increase probability to win and OHB mark-up, and best use of available budgets, resources, and investments
• Gain, analyze and maintain the data basis for OHB business planning and Bid-no-Bid decisions
• Identify of market needs and product requirements; monitor export markets and enable sales
• Implement and continuously maintain measures to improve OHB communication to and reputation at customers

Profile

• Good knowledge and understanding of Earth Observation market
• Experience in satellite systems projects at engineering or management level
• Ability to analyze user needs and conceptualize service-oriented space solutions
• Good communication skills
• Pro-active team work spirit
