Momentus is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Staff to support our rapid growth and increasing production demands.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Ownership of the company warehouse and control of contents within the warehouse
  • Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments in various systems (NetSuite, shipper systems (FedEx, UPS, etc)
  • Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
  • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
  • Packing of outbound shipments and preparation of shipping documents (eg ECCN …)
  • Utilize ERP to maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and ingoing/outgoing.
  • Audit support with annual physical counts
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.



  • US Person*
  • 5 to 7 years experience working in shipping function
  • Experiencing setting up shipping and receiving function with minimal oversight
  • Experience shipping and receiving internationally (ECCN codes and documentation)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
  • Current Forklift Certification or completion within 90 days

Salary and option compensation is commensurate with experience and training.This is a full time position in Santa Clara, California.
