Responsibilities

• Perform satellite station keeping duties and related orbital dynamics tasks to maintain the satellite fleet in the designated orbital position
• Analyze satellite tracking data and predict satellite ephemeris
• Optimize propellant usage to maximize the satellite on-orbit life
• Predict and generate geometric events for the satellite fleet (sun and lunar eclipse, objects in the field of view of sensors)
• Perform satellite data analysis and performance health monitoring
• Support all satellite engineering and operation related duties
• Support new mission orbit raising activities during a new satellite procurement program
• Undertake any ad hoc assignments as required

Profile

• Degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Technology, Mathematics, Astrophysics or other STEM disciplines
• Relevant working experience with at least 1 year exposure in satellite communications or orbital dynamics
• Proficient in data analysis software, high-level programming languages or use of MATLAB
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (spoken Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Good team player and able to work at irregular hours
