Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director, Finance
• Prepare Monthly Sales and Financial Call material for discussion with management and shareholders
• Perform variance analysis between Actual and Budget/Forecast on a monthly basis
• Update Budget, Forecast & 5 Year Plan (revenue and costs) on a regular basis
• Prepare presentation slides for board meeting presentation
• Prepare financial models on various business scenarios for management evaluation purpose on ad hoc basis
• Cash flow management and handle banking related and treasury activities

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline, with CPA/HKICPA/ACCA/CFA qualification will be added advantage
• Minimum 7 years of experience from professional practices and/or multinational companies
• Hands on financial planning and analysis or data analysis experience
• Knowledge in financial modeling and Business Intelligence Tool are essential
• Proficient in accounting system software and MS Office especially required excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven record in independently driving and delivering results through problem solving
• Multi-tasking, attention to detail and accuracy with time urgency
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
