Sigma Aviation Services is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Space Engineering) for one of our clients based in Europe. The main mandatory requirements for this role are as follows:

• Master degree in mechanics, structures or materials
• Minimum 10 years experience in Space Engineering, out of which minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar leading role
• Demonstrated experience in writing technical and administrative documents
• Perfect knowledge of MS-Office software and be familiar with ERP programs
• Fluency in English and French

Responsibilities

Supervise technical, administrative and financial projects management for satellites and launcher on board and ground equipment.In charge of internal reporting (quality/costs/deadline).Coordinate design purchases, subcontracting, testing, packing and shipping to clients.Decisive role in relationship with clients and internal coordination.

Profile

Master degree in mechanics, structures or materials.Strong technical culture, which understands clients’ needs, then position and optimize the design.Experience in writing technical and administrative documentation.Minimum 10 years of experience in space engineering, out of which minimum 6 years experience as Project Manager or a similar leading roleGreat autonomy, initiative and efficiency in achieving objectives by optimizing the resources.Perfect command of the MS-Office pack software and you familiar with ERP programs.Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
