European Test Services (ETS) B.V. is a joint-venture between IABG mbH and Airbus Defence & Space SAS and is located in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. ETS maintains and operates the environmental test centre of the European Space Agency (ESA/ESTEC). To manage the companies’ test campaigns in the field of thermal,mechanical and EMC testing, ETS is seeking for a Test Programme Manager.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for overall organization of environmental test campaigns related to spacecraft systems
• In addition you care for implementation and follow-up of test contracts and changes
• You are assuming resource planning, budget planning, cost control and schedule control
• With monitoring and control of suppliers
• As responsible interface, you are chairing of customer meetings, reporting to customers and ESA
• Further more you are coordinating individual tests in close coordination with the ETS test responsible

Profile

• You have a degree in engineering, industrial engineering (MSc., BSc. or Diploma) or comparable graduation
• You have a good knowledge of ECSS-E-ST-10-03 and ECSS-Q-ST-20-07 European space standards
• You are open minded and have very good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Your working style is proactive and customer oriented together with an ability to plan, coordinate and perform tasks accurately in a timely manner according internal processes and customer needs
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including MS Project is obvious for you
• Your English-Skills are on fluent niveau
