The GRC performs independent service performance monitoring and reporting, service performance investigation and support, and campaign based GNSS monitoring and experimentation, through cooperation with EU member States, Norway and Switzerland.

On behalf of our client GRC, based in Noordwijk, we are looking for a Cyber Security Manager to join our service team in GRC – Noordwijk, the Netherlands.

Your mission would be to ensure that the operations are carried out in a secure way and ensuring the fulfilment of the activities according to the Cyber Security Requirements for Service infrastructure maintenance and Service Operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a secure status of the platform including the patching and configuration update of all the HW elements in the system (classified and unclassified network)
• Carry out cyber security operations management activities, ensuring the cyber security requirements are fulfilled (classified and unclassified network) including operated infrastructure acceptance: Infrastructure Acceptance Audit, Infrastructure Security Hardening, Infrastructure Security Lock Down
• Network map management
• Vulnerability management
• Patch management
• Operational mitigations: preventions, detection and recovery mitigation
• Obsolescence management
• Support to incident responses
• Configuration change cyber security impact analysis

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related
• At least 8 years’ experience in Linux-based security systems development
• At least 8 years’ applicable operational experience as network/ security operations engineer
• At least 8 years’ experience as cyber security operator
• Accreditation related activities
• Availability to travel to punctual meetings in Paris or Madrid
