Responsibilities

• Finding suitable candidates for the open positions with your clients
• Screening CV’s to find the most suitable applicants
• Organising and holding interviews with prospective candidates
• Follow up with clients on the suitability of the shortlisted candidates
• Inputting relevant data into our proprietary and modern CRM

Profile

• First experience in sourcing/recruitment with technical profiles
• Excellent telephone manner
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Results orientated
• Organised and reactive
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Fluent French with either German or English
• Bachelor or Master degree
