With the aim of strengthening our team, we are looking for a: Composite Designer – Automotive

The candidate will ensure the activities related to design components, composite assemblies and equipment related chassis for F1.

Responsibilities

  • solid modeling, surface modeling,
  • 2D drawing, and ply book 2D/3D generation
  • design of tooling for industrialization (such as models, molds and gluing equipment)
  • design on bodywork, wing profiles, suspensions, air intakes, gearbox and all composite functional components for car systems and driver fit.

Profile

  • Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar- at least 3 years previous experience in composites design
  • Excellent Catia V5 skills and good knowledge of CPE/CPM modules;
  • Good knowledge ok PLM Windchill
  • Experience in a high performance motorsport or racing car design environment
  • Fluency in English- be able to deliver work to the highest standard
  • Be able to work in a high pressure environment.
