Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve the department processes.
• Business requirements analyses.
• Process documentation and ensures a regular update of it following the company guides and rules.
• Identify stakeholders, roles and responsabilities.
• Monitor and analyze process execution: reporting and data extraction.

Profile

Education:

• Superior grade.
• Expert knowldegde of business process management.
• Knowledge in BPM methodologies and framworks.
• High level English.

Experience:

• More than 3 years in similar functions.
• Experience in data analysis and in reporting systems.
