GKN Fokker Techniek is located in Hoogerheide, The Netherlands. As part of Fokker Technologies we are an experienced MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) organization. Our experienced teams perform the full range of maintenance inspections. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance. All within the scope of approval of Fokker Techniek.

Furthermore our facility includes Design and Engineering. The engineering and design capabilities from Fokker are recognised by the EASA through a Design Organisation Approval (DOA). This recognition allows us to perform the entire design and development process in-house, including certification and flight testing.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

Fokker Techniek is seeking for an experienced and driven Project Manager Aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (AMRO). Your key responsibilities will be to realise and successfully complete heavy (base) maintenance, conversion and completion projects of aircrafts. A variety of daily tasks will occur; from analysing and determine the project definition, up to monitoring the budget and reporting directly to the client.

Within a multidisciplinary (Engineering, Operations, Quality and Purchase) project core team of 5 – 30 colleagues, you will be the lead program / project manager. You will report directly to the Head of Aircraft Maintenance.

Profile

Your Luggage

  • A relevant (aircraft maintenance) technical degree.
  • 4+ years of experience with process management systems.
  • Proven management / leadership experience.
  • Experience with drafting and implementation in budget management.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling in aircraft maintenance.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
  • Preferably knowledge and/or experience of base maintenance on aircraft which are on the scope of approval of Fokker Techniek.
  • A IPMA-C certificate is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of EASA and/or FAA Part 145 is a pro.
