Terma is facing an exciting future with a considerable growth on our international markets and we are currently looking for a highly qualified and passionate Treasury Specialist to become a member of our Global Finance organization in Lystrup.

Responsibilities

Termas currency exposure has been growing significantly during the past 5 years and with our current strategy to grow especially in the US and Asia our exposure is expected to increase even more. As the company is growing we need to ensure a robust financial setup to support the execution of our strategy.

You will be responsible for treasury and cash management activities in Terma, which among other things means;

  • Daily cash management activities including hedging and cash pool management and proper registration and administration of these activities
  • Management of credit facilities and loans
  • Issuance and management of bank guarantees
  • Ongoing contact with project controllers and project managers mainly related to currencies and hedging
  • Monthly and annual reporting of Terma’s treasury activities
  • Challenging and developing our current processes, systems and reporting to make it more digital and to enable even better performance, which can create significant savings on our financial costs

Profile

  • You have min. 3-5 years of experience within cash management and treasury
  • You have a relevant Masters education e.g. cand.oecon, cand. merc. finance
  • You have a can-do attitude and is curious to learn about our business
  • You are self-driven, work independently and you are dealing with issues proactively
  • You take responsibility for solving tasks on time and always with a focus on quality and detail
  • You work in a structured manner, and can coordinate and manage several things at the same time without losing track
  • You are good at analyzing complex problems and bring constructive solutions
  • You are good at communicating both oral and written and understand the importance of ensuring great cooperation and progress
