Responsibilities

  • Coordinating requirements capture with Customer
  • Evaluating requirements and propose solutions
  • Formalising and define requirements specifications
  • Coordinating development of work packages
  • Coordinating functional tests plans and execution
  • Coordinating user tests plans and execution
  • Coordinating with NCIA Change Management team
  • Coordinating with NCIA Test and Validation team
  • Maintaining requirements repository and change logs
  • Writing system administrators and users guide manuals
  • Assisting Users in configuring solutions (server side and front end side)
  • Maintaining configuration baseline and change logs

Profile

  • REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: NATO SECRET
  • Languages: English mandatory; French desirable
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree related to IT (system administration, information management)
  • Must have MCSE Microsoft SharePoint 2013
  • 3 years minimum in IT department in large organisation or in governmental institution
  • Must have significant working experience in NATO (or MoD)
  • Extensive knowledge of NIP tool, ACO environment and integration with EDMS, TT+, legacy DHS and legacy TTE tools
  • Must have excellent SharePoint portal/intranet development / troubleshooting
  • Virtualized environments
  • Replication AND Enterprise search tools
  • Requirements capture and definition (I.e. UML)
  • Development methodologies (i.e. Agile)
  • Development environment (Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server)
  • Development tools (.NET, C#, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
  • Requirements analysis and documentation
  • Technical and user guide documentation
  • Tasker Tracker
  • DHS / EDMS
  • NATO Information Portal
  • ITSM
