We are looking for a high-performing and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team at a new office location in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

As AKKA regional representative, primarily working with aircraft leasing companies, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

You will be responsible for boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

You will be responsible for:

  • Promoting the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’  objectives/needs.
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Ensuring company’s strong presence in Dublin base by establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture new business.
  • Building relationships with key employees among customers.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Studying competition to find new ways to retain customers- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
  • Providing regular reporting of leads and field sales success to superiors and exchange with concerned colleagues.
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, management).

Profile

You should show :

  • An excellent communication as well as negotiation skills and be customer service oriented
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Knowing time management and planning skills, being motivated and full of initiative, keeping a positive attitude and enjoying networking.
