The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. For graduates who would be interested in a career with Airbus, this could be the start of a rewarding future in a dynamic and forward-thinking sector.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

For Airbus in Hamburg within the department Industrial Strategy we are looking for a VIE (d/f/m) CapEx Support.

• Location: Hamburg
• Start: October 2019
• Duration: max. 24 months

Responsibilities

• Identify and drumbeat continuous improvement projects related to CapEx process
• Support and interface with the local and the international CapEx network
• Conduct data consolidation and analysis using MS SharePoint and MS Excel
• Develop an automatic data base delivering forecasted NRCs on incremental rate increases on the basis of Big Data Analysis of past and current CapEx exercises
• Creation of reports in Excel and PowerPoint

Profile

• University degree in Business Management, Finance or similar
• First job experience in Finance would be welcome
• Previous experience in Data Management/Analysis would be a plus
• Microsoft Office Excel/Power Point
• English: negotiation level
• You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently
