We are recruiting an IT Security Manager for Sapienza to work at Global Navigation Satellite System Agency

Responsibilities

• Provide security support to the GSA and in particular the Central Security Office (CSO) of the Agency for establishing and managing the security documentation in the domains of archiving, configuration control, distribution, information management generated during along GSA security activities and risk management for the exploitation activities.
• Support to the creation of security related documents like security policies, security processes, security operating procedures (SecOPs), also in support of ISO certification documentation, e.g. for ISO 27001;
• Review and update of the existing GSA security-related documentation, review of the internal compliance to the existing documentation;
• Design, development, implementation, support to review, execution and maintenance of exploitation risk management methods, processes, procedures,
• registries and activities, including the use of dedicated IT tools and suggestions of measures to reduce or mitigating existing threats/risks;
• Ensuring the secretariat;
• Administrating the input and output documentation.
• Establishment and maintenance of document configuration management processes and activities, including use of specific IT tools (for unclassified documents);

Profile

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Documentation Management ore relevant fields
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience in handling Sensitive Information;
• Hold a valid EU Secret Security Clearance;
• Information Security Management according to ISO 27001 Service personnel holding a specific IT Security industry certification/specialisation (e.g. CISSP) will be considered a key asset
• Fluent in English;
